Luxurious accommodations aren't all you'll find at The Painted Cat - each morning you'll find something delicious and made from scratch right here in our kitchen! From freshly baked pastries to our elaborate Victorian brunch, everything is made in house with fresh ingredients. And of course, our breakfast is always complimentary with your stay!
- A light, self-service breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit, coffee and tea is served Monday-Saturday.
- Victorian Brunch is served in the elegant dining room every Sunday.
- Whenever possible, we use fresh produce directly from our garden and eggs from our chickens!
~ Things to Know ~
- We provide a classic Bed & Breakfast experience - this means we provide a welcoming, communal environment where guests can mingle with one another in the common spaces. The innkeepers live onsite and are committed to providing exceptional hospitality.
- We are less than a 10-minute walk to Galena's famous Main Street and President Grant's home.
- Check in begins at 3:00pm; check out is 11:00am.
- We have five indoor cats and several outdoor cats. While we clean rigorously those with allergies may want to consider alternate accommodations.
- Children 10 and older are welcome! For younger children, please contact us directly.
- Parking is free and easy alongside our home on Park Avenue or Adams Street.
- Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we will do our best to accommodate, we are not an allergen free kitchen.
- The whole home is available for booking for large groups. We can accommodate up to eleven guests! Please reach out to us directly for inquiries on availability and rates.
- Cancellation policy: 100% of payments refundable when canceled up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. Nonrefundable if canceled after.
- An incidental pre-authorization of USD 100.00 is held upon arrival and voided 5 days after departure.
